Information Security Update 24 March 2025

You may be aware that we experienced a criminal data hack in 2019, following
which we introduced a series of measures to ensure that any weaknesses in our
systems were addressed and clients could have full confidence that their data is
secure. We understand that these recent emails suggesting our systems have been
compromised are related to that criminal data theft in 2019, rather than any more
recent events and clients should have no reason to be concerned.

Nevertheless, we would strongly recommend anyone receiving such emails not to
click on any embedded links or reply to the sender. Instead, they are advised to
contact our data security team who would be happy to answer any queries or
concerns at dataenquiry@caymannational.im

Thank you for making Cayman National the bank of your choice.
